Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. To start a return, email vealorapets@gmail.com with your order number.
